All items purchased on synthdrop.com are final sale, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items unless the item you received is a broken or the incorrect item ordered.
What to do if your order is broken or a wrong item:
Send us an email at CONTACT@SYNTHDROP.COM to notify us about the wrong or broken product within 7 days of receiving your order.
In your e-mail, please include:
Your order number, name and email used on the order.
Please make sure to specify the defect: original product ordered along with the product you received.
Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the damage, sizing error, or incorrect items.
